Misuser 'Blood' Music Video + Behind The Scenes
Lots of fake blood and some Ice Cream!
Hi All! I’m back with another behind the scenes photos for Misuser’s song ‘Blood’ off her new EP ‘GRITONA’ which came out in March. We shot this video back in May of 2022 and the video is out now! This was a two day shoot I hopped on day two where we shot at Ponyhenge in Lincoln, Ma. The video was directed and edited by Vanesa Stoynova and video assistance by Audrey Sayransky and I.
It was really hot day, Maria was such a good sport being covered in full fake blood for the whole day with that sweaty weather. At some point Maria needed to put her trust in Audrey and I to not drop her while we lowered her onto the ground due to her being bound by plastic cling wrap for a shot. We did not because we're strong lol 💪
We ended up taking a break and getting ice cream at Kimball’s farm. It was super packed with families, we were getting so many looks, Lots of little kids doing a double takes at seeing Maria just covered in this fake blood. The ice cream was great and we sat right next to the farm where we got to see the cute goats who came up to the fence next to our table. After the sun had set we went back to Ponyhenge and we shot the last clip of the shoot super quickly cause of how dark it was. At some point we heard a noise in the darkness and hauled our behinds out of there. We ran so fast out of there.
It was so fun working with this crew! They really made me feel welcome especially coming in on the second day. It was a perfect core memory a day I truly will value forever as an artist. Love getting to collectively create something tangible and stunning like this video with amazing individuals, Super Happy that Maria asked me to be apart and to trust me with taking photos.
